Green/Protein Mix (Using all organic ingredients except cranberries)

3 cups:
Quality whey protein (a blend of vanilla and chocolate)

1 cup each:
Dried spinach and parsley

1/3 cup each:
Dried figs, raisins, dates and cranberries

3 T. each:
Almond power, pistachio power, whole raw cashews
Sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds
Bee pollen, cinnamon, cacao, maca root, raw coconut

1 T. each:
Psyllium powder, hemp seeds

Thoroughly hand blend all ingredients in a large bowl until the powders completely cover the greens.

Add 1 scoop (3 T.) to a pint canning jar along with:
A handful of any fresh greens (kale, beet greens, spinach), 1 half apple (seeds and skin included), 1 T. plain yogurt, ½ cup tea, ½ cup almond milk, and 3 ice cubes. If you happen to have any frozen fruit- cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, apricots, peaches, etc., in the freezer, they are a good addition.

Put the blender bottom on top of your jar and blend on low for 30-60 seconds. Stop the blender. Shake the ingredients, and reblend a few more seconds.
