Green/Protein Mix (Using all organic ingredients except cranberries)3 cups:Quality whey protein (a blend of vanilla and chocolate)1 cup each:Dried spinach and parsley1/3 cup each:Dried figs, raisins, dates and cranberries3 T. each:Almond power, pistachio power, whole raw cashewsSesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seedsBee pollen, cinnamon, cacao, maca root, raw coconut1 T. each:Psyllium powder, hemp seedsThoroughly hand blend all ingredients in a large bowl until the powders completely cover the greens.Add 1 scoop (3 T.) to a pint canning jar along with:A handful of any fresh greens (kale, beet greens, spinach), 1 half apple (seeds and skin included), 1 T. plain yogurt, ½ cup tea, ½ cup almond milk, and 3 ice cubes. If you happen to have any frozen fruit- cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, apricots, peaches, etc., in the freezer, they are a good addition.Put the blender bottom on top of your jar and blend on low for 30-60 seconds. Stop the blender. Shake the ingredients, and reblend a few more seconds.
